Welcome to Villa Manana<\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Definitions:<\/strong>
Hosts: Rob de Rijter and Michel Steen
Manager: substitute in the absence of the owner
Guest: main guest and fellow guests staying at Villa-Ma\u00f1ana<\/p>

General<\/strong>
\u2022 The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older, responsible for his or her fellow guests, must have a permanent residence or place of residence and must carry a valid ID.
\u2022 The prices of the rooms are on\u00a0www.villa-manana.com<\/a>, Prices include VAT, breakfast.
\u2022 We grant our guests a carefree stay.
However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal inattention or by circumstances beyond our control.
\u2022 Of course we expect our guests to report any damage or missing items to us. Any costs will be charged.
\u2022 Villa-Ma\u00f1ana is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as power failure, wifi, water supplies and technical installations.
\u2022 We expect our guests to follow instructions from the owner or manager.
\u2022 The owner or manager can deny and\/or refuse access to Villa Ma\u00f1ana in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior with immediate effect, without further notice and reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.
\u2022 The owner\u2019s administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement, unless the guest can prove otherwise.
\u2022 We expect Villa-Ma\u00f1ana guests to abide by the house facts and the general terms and conditions.<\/p>

Reservation and payment<\/strong>
\u2022 The booking can be made by telephone, by e-mail, via our website.
\u2022 After receiving a reservation request, Villa-Ma\u00f1ana will send a confirmation (if the room is available).
\u2022 The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total amount.
\u2022 The deposit must be paid within 5 calendar days of receipt of confirmation.
\u2022\u00a0If the deposit is not received in time, the reservation request will be cancelled. The guest will be notified by e-mail.
\u2022\u00a0For reservations with arrival within one week, the deposit must be paid immediately.
\u2022 Everything must be completed 6 weeks before arrival at Villa Ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>

Arrival and departure<\/strong>
\u2022 On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3 p.m. and check-in is possible until 10 p.m.
\u2022 It is appreciated if we know the estimated time of arrival in advance.
\u2022 Different arrival times than mentioned above are only possible in consultation.
\u2022\u00a0In connection with the cleaning of the rooms, it is necessary to vacate them before 11.00 am on the day of departure.
\u2022\u00a0A late check-out is possible in consultation upon availability of the room.
Complaints<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0Of course we do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay.<\/p>

Cancellation<\/strong>
\u2022 When canceling the reservation, the following conditions apply:
\u2013 In case of cancellation no right to a refund of the deposit.
\u2013 In case of cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date; no cancellation fees.
\u2013 In case of cancellation after 2 months to 1 month before the arrival date; 50% cancellation fee.
\u2013 In case of cancellation after 1 month up to and including the arrival date or in case of no-show; 100% cancellation fee.
\u2022 The cancellation conditions can only be deviated from at the discretion of the owner or manager (eg in case of calamities).
\u2022 In order to qualify for any refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by email or telephone.
\u2022 After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred within two weeks.
\u2022\u00a0No refunds will be made in the event of early departure.
\u2022\u00a0Villa-Ma\u00f1ana can only cancel the reservation agreement in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale.
\u2022\u00a0In one of these cases, the owner or manager will offer the guest an alternative\u00a0 as soon as possible.
\u2022\u00a0If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the full amount will be refunded. Any other costs resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.
\u2022 We recommend taking out travel and\/or cancellation insurance.<\/p><\/div>

Group Rental<\/h3>

Reservation Terms:<\/strong><\/p>

  • A 50% deposit is required within 5 days for the booking to be confirmed.<\/li>
  • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.<\/li>
  • A cash security deposit of \u20ac1000.00 is required at check-in.<\/li>
  • A cash payment of \u20ac250.00 for final cleaning is required at check-in.<\/li>
  • Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.<\/li>
  • Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.<\/li>
  • It is not allowed to receive other guests in the villa who are not listed on the original booking.<\/li>
  • Children must always be supervised by adults in and around the pool.<\/li>
  • The house is not suitable for parties.<\/li>
  • If the rules are not followed, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without a refund.<\/li>
  • No open fires are permitted.<\/li><\/ul>

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION<\/strong> CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/strong><\/p>

    • 6 weeks before check-in date: 50% refund of the total amount.<\/li>
    • 5 weeks before check-in date: 40% refund of the total amount.<\/li>
    • 4 weeks before check-in date: 30% refund of the total amount.<\/li>
    • 3 weeks before check-in date: 20% refund of the total amount.<\/li>
    • 2 weeks before check-in date: 10% refund of the total amount.<\/li>
    • 1 week before check-in date: 0% refund of the total amount.<\/li><\/ul>
